No Brick Contest Results

The results for the No Brick Contest hosted by Brickfilms.com were announced recently. Under the rules, each entry could only feature a minifigure—or an equivalent character—moving within a set that uses as few LEGO elements as possible, with filmmakers even encouraged to use no LEGO pieces at all if they choose.

The contest was judged by Pitry, calv and AB.

​Bricks in Motion Awards 2025 — Nominations & Winners

The Bricks in Motion Awards returned for another year of celebrating the best brickfilms from across the community. The nominees were announced June 4th on Bricks in Motion (official post) and the results were announced June 6 on a livestream hosted by Seán Willis (sillypenta) which is embedded above. After the livestream, the results were posted on the Bricks in Motion website and Discord server.

Eligibility
As in previous years, any brickfilm released in 2025 was eligible for nomination as long as it was shared by it’s creator through one of the following:
-The Bricks in Motion Discord
-The Bricks in Motion website
-A Bricks in Motion contest or event (now including Brickfilm Day)

Judging Process
This year’s judging panel consisted of Adventures Ensue, AeroNomad, Chris W., Formal Lens, GediRitter, JO Co, LOTW Studios, MindGame, Sully, and sillypenta.
Judges were recused from any category in which their own film was under consideration. Additionally, each creator could only have one film per category.
