The Set Bump just announced the sixth annual Brickworld Film Festival on their website. The film festival will occur at Brickworld Chicago 2017 and will be run by David Pickett and David Pagano, the guys that wrote the LEGO Animation Book. The two brickfilming gurus will also be running a LEGO animation workshop, screening a special film, showcasing models from their latest animations and more. This is the first year that you don't need to be a Brickworld Chicago registrant to enter. Two prizes will be awarded for the Brickworld Film Festival. One prize will be for registrants of Brickworld Chicago 2017 and another prize will be for best of festival. The judges will be the attendees of Brickworld Chicago 2017. For more information check out Set Bump's blog with contest rules. Submission deadline is June 5, 2017.
